Portland Trail Blazers star center Marcus Camby was arrested on Monday in Pearland, TX and charged with possession of marijuana in a drug-free zone.
He was released after posting a $2,000 bond, but not before giving us the stone-faced mugshot you see featured in this article.
According to the reports, Camby and a passenger were pulled over around midnight near a local high school (a drug-free zone) for an equipment violation, which was later described as sun screen device blocking the front window. However, as the police approached the vehicle, they detected an odor of burnt marijuana.
After getting permission from Camby to search the vehicle, police found several weed cigarettes and two ounces of marijuana under the front seat. Both men denied ownership and were subsequently taken into custody and charged with misdemeanor possession.
If convicted, Camby and his fellow passenger could face up to a year in jail, and up to a $4,000 in fines.
