Mike Williams the Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie wide receiver was arrested in the Tampa area near Highway 301 for suspected DUI.
The wideout is said to have blown a reading under the .08 legal limit but somehow ended up behind bars and cheesed for the mugshot shown here in this report.
