He was charged with two counts of indecent exposure and could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine for each count, according to the L.A. City Attorney’s office.

Their report claims that Dykstra placed ads on Craigslist for housekeepers, then exposed himself to the women when they arrived for the interview, explaining that the job entitled massages. This supposedly happened numerous times, as the charges stemming from the alleged incidents occurred over a span of three years. There was one report from 2009, three last year and multiple reports from February and April of this year.

Dykstra, who is already being held in custody for multiple felonies including, grand theft auto, drug possession and identity theft, is scheduled to be arraigned in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Sept. 7.

Lenny Dykstra accused of lewd conduct

Lenny Dykstra, a recurring Jocks Behind Bars favorite, is being accused of lewd conduct after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman he was interviewing for a housekeeper position. The LAPD is currently investigating the situation and Dykstra could face up to five years in a federal prison, if convicted.

The 47-year-old woman claims that she answered an ad on Craigslist and was informed to meet Dykstra at his home for an interview. After outlining the basic cleaning duties, Dykstra then informed the lady that in addition to those tasks, she would also have to give him regular massages. She then alleges that Dykstra removed all of his clothes and declared that she would need to provide him with a sample massage if she wanted to be hired.

Despite being completely upfront, this ingenious move somehow backfired and the woman left immediately and then hired a high power attorney to handle the case.

The LAPD have to be tired of investigating this guy, though.

This report comes just days after Dykstra was arrested for allegedly stealing property from his bankrupt property, along with an investigation of his involvement in buying a stolen car. We’re not sure what the problem is with Dykstra lately, but he has really stepped up his illegal actions in the past few weeks. Hopefully he can get his act together or he will be serving some serious time in prison.

Lenny Dykstra arrested for grand theft

Former MLB star Lenny Dykstra was arrested on Thursday for investigation of grand theft after trying to buy a stolen car. He is currently being held at the L.A. County Jail in downtown L.A. on $500,000 bond and will have a pre-trial date set sometime this coming week.

Although more details have not yet been released, this arrest comes just one day after Dykstra was charged with felony fraud, stemming from his involvement in embezzling items from a bankruptcy estate.

Once a prominent baseball star and business entrepreneur, Dykstra has seen a significant fall from grace in the past few years, which resulted in him filing for bankruptcy in 2009. In his claim, Dykstra stated that he owed more than $31 million and had only $50,000 in assets. However, federal prosecutors argue that after filing, Dykstra hid, sold or destroyed more than $400,000 worth of items from his multi-million dollar mansion without permission of a bankruptcy trustee, which, in essence, is stealing.

The majority of the items were sports memorabilia, but he also allegedly took a $50,000 granite sink, a high-end desk, and sold a “truckload of furnishing and fixtures” for cash at a second-hand shop.

The earlier reports indicate that Dykstra had not yet obtained an attorney, but with the FBI on the case, we assume a high-powered one will be in his corner soon.
